High stuff

"It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare, it is because we do not dare that they are difficult."
Seneca

Picture
Froomsgate House
Since first accessing this building back in 2013 I have been back countless times. It's been one of the best rooftops in Bristol within the past few years. A great place to chill out and watch the city from above.

Picture
The Forth Bridge
This was the culmination of a 1200 mile road trip I participated in with some friends. I've always loved the Forth bridge, it's a marvel of engineering that's still in use today. We wanted to get to the top and experience it from a different vantage point. It didn't disappoint. Being up there was an incredible experience.

Picture
Tees Transporter Bridge
A beautifully built bridge over the river Tees, this was the third Transporter bridge that I managed to access and the final one in the UK. It's very well looked after but not quite as impressive as the Newport Transporter Bridge I found. Nonetheless, it was great to get it done.

Picture
Warrington Transporter Bridge
The second transporter bridge I managed to access in the UK. It has fallen in to disrepair after decades of being unused and cared for. This was originally built as a railway transporter bridge and the only surviving one in the whole world.

Picture
Bayscape Tower Crane - Cardiff
A nice tower crane (the tallest one in the photo) situated in Cardiff Bay which provided some very nice views.

Picture
Aldgate Tower Crane - London
Somewhat tame for London standards but this crane provided some beautiful views of London.

Picture
Newport Transporter Bridge
This is the first Transporter bridge I did. There's only three in the UK and only six operational in the entire world. A very rare type of bridge is this one is amongst the biggest. We probably hadn't picked the best time to ascend this beauty though as we did so whilst the 'Worst storm in 20 years' approached. It kind of paid off though as the wind wasn't much but the rain was very annoying. It was a constant battle to keep the lens free of rain drops.

Picture
No. 3 Gasometer - Bath
My first Gasometer and I have to say I loved it. It was wobbly, rusty and full of holes but I enjoyed the experience nonetheless. Especially seeing as this is set to be demolished soon.

Picture
No. 7 Gas Holder - Battersea
Rather tricky to access but very worthwhile once we had figured it out. An amazing experience with great views over the nearby Battersea Power Station.

Picture
Simplyhealth Offices Crane - Bristol
This crane had some stunning views of Bristol and Whiteladies Road.

Picture
Canons Marsh Crane - Bristol
My very first crane, in Canons Marsh, Bristol. This has since gone, but the experience has stayed with me!
