Located in Minley, Hampshire, this is Home farm which was formerly Minley Manor estate’s model farm. There is currently two houses on the farm, one which is a little cottage type house. There used to be a third but it appears to of been knocked down.
The farmhouse appeared in great condition from the outside but the floors and stairs were badly rotting upstairs. Water damage had clearly taken its toll. It was quite evident that there were children living in the house shortly before it was a banded as there were toys lying around and children's wallpaper still on the walls. It was quite an explore.
